At Calvera, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for every order.
All orders are processed and dispatched within a reasonable timeframe after payment has been confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, it is handed over to our delivery partner, Aramex, for final delivery.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but orders are typically delivered within a few business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including high demand periods, public holidays, or courier delays.
Once your order has been dispatched, the responsibility for delivery lies with the courier. A tracking number will be provided where available, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Calvera will not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable or unreachable, the courier may attempt re-delivery or hold the parcel according to their policies. Any additional costs incurred as a result may be the responsibility of the customer.
While every effort is made to ensure that orders arrive safely, Calvera is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched. However, if any issues arise during delivery, we will assist where reasonably possible to help resolve the matter.
